I want to publicly thank Ted for sending me two 75TH tubes for my 30K-1
transmitter. They arrived today in excellent condition. Just got back from
the Collins Radio Center after installing and testing the tubes. The 30K-1
is so happy that I swear that it winked at me as I left the building. If
you have never seen a 75TH, they are the little brother to the 100TH and a
very rare tube to find.

Thanks, Ted for supplying these tubes at a most attractive price. Your
generosity is most appreciated by me and all those who will now have the
opportunity to listen to serial number 12 on 75 and 40 meter AM. This and
other Collins radios can be seen in the Collins Album in the October,
November, December, 2002, pages on the CRA website.

Oh, I almost forgot, Ted, ZL1MT, shipped these tubes all the way from New
Zealand - no it was not by UPS but by the Postal Service.
Talk about a long trip for these old bottles inside the cargo hold of some
jumbo jet. Was I ever worried but Ted packed them well.

Thanks again, Ted.
