I am up grading my test equipment and have the following older gear that I
would like to find a good home for rather than putting it out to the curb.
While it has some blemishes and has the stated problems I have survived for
many years with them. The gear is for pickup only, I do not wish to sell,
pack or ship.
HP 608C Signal Generator 10 to 480 mHz
Fine level control knob rubs the coarse knob, level meter doesn't return to
zero but reads OK above and the levels are off a couple of db on different
bands...I measured the offset but never bothered to correct this as
described in the manual which is included.
Dumont 2100 dual trace 10 mHz delayed sweep scope This is quite small and
really nice for audio and video purposes. There are 3 sweep mode
interlocking pushbuttons that don't latch at times but this doesn't seem to
affect operation. they may be "gummy" and need a good upclose cleaning.
Brilliant, sharp, focused trace.
Lavoie Spectrum Analyzer 10mHz to 1 gHz with mixers to 44gHz! This has been
a really useful piece of gear until it recently lost the -2500 volt supply
for the scope display. I went far enough to verify the problem and it is
inside a sealed soldered case. It may be only a diode in the rectifier.
There was no smoke or smell when it suddenly failed. There is a video output
that can go to a standard scope for display if the supply doesn't get fixed.
This is one swell piece of gear for a tube type device with measured
sensitivity ranging down to a -105 dbm. It is beautifully built and the
local oscillator cavities are amazing in design. This model was the military
designation but the book covers it exactly and is included. This is a very
heavy box and is a 20" cube.
If any of the list memebers woould like any or all of this please contact
me.
