[Collins] trim ring

Ives and others:
I did just that. Took a trim ring to the local spectra-tone paint outlet
and they mixed up a quart of medium gloss (semi-gloss) enamel for me. They
also have the capability of loading this mixed paint into pressurized spray
cans so I don't have to deal with sprayers.
Putting a redone trim ring next to an original I was unable to see much
difference. Easily within production variations, I'm sure.
For anyone interested, the formula they used for mine was: Base Wht
975-00; Size: Quart; tint B, 13-1/2 shots; tint C, 12-1/2 shots; tint L, 1
shot. Unfortunately the label doesn't say what the different tint colors
are.
Total cost for the quart and two cans of spray filled: $16. The quart
will fill about 9 cans of spray.
