The triple section can will be difficult to replace with a new can. No
one has made that style of capacitor for a few years, any in stock are
old and electrolytics age badly with no voltage applied. Tubular
electrolytics of those ratings are available from Mouser
(www.mouser.dom) and Digi-Key (www.digi-key.com). The modern parts will
be physically smaller than the originals. It is possible to open the can
and replace the guts with modern capacitors. It is more expedient to
disconnect the wires from the old can, run them to a nearby new terminal
strip and wire in axial lead individual capacitors below the chassis.

If your hum is 60 Hz (as has been noted) its NOT electrolytics, they
will cause 120 Hz (with lots of harmonics) ripple. 60 Hz ripple nearly
always comes from a tube with a heater to cathode short or lots of
leakage from heater to cathode.
