[Collins] Wanted: Collins 32S-2/75S-2 Information

The S2 is the same as the S1 with the extra crystal board. No other
changes. The extra crystal board was available as a kit for field
installation, sometimes the kit was installed at the factory before
shipping, sometimes the S-2 were built from scratch as S-2. Its
difficult to determine which happened.
