PPFMA Repeaters will be Unavailable
Pikes Peak Amateur Radio Emergency Services
The Pikes Peak FM Association repeaters, 146.970 and 448.450 machines,
will be going off the air sooner than expected. PPFMA originally
planned on relocating the repeaters around the end of March. That has
now changed.
Expect to lose both of these repeaters sometime between 27 and 31
January. PPFMA forecasts that at least the 146.970 repeater should be
back on the air no later than 28 February. Because of the new location,
when it returns to service, coverage from the 146.970 may be
significantly different especially to the north-east.
