[COham] The 'Mercury Transit Party' at LBO is Cancelled

The 'Mercury Transit Party'  at the Las Brisas Observatory is Cancelled, 11 Nov. 2019.
The Transit in not cancelled but the viewing from LBO is.
The area is 'socked in' preventing us from seeing it directly.

The top of Pikes Peak is now in the clear, You can go up there to view it.
The next transit visible from North America will be in May 2049.
