I am on  50.125 MHz SSB working E Skip at 1430z. 16 May  2017.

Propagation is currently from CO to LA, MS, etc.

I just heard the opening and clipped my transverter to my PRC319, running 10W to 55 inch whip.

The transverter only weighs 12 oz.

The PRC319 will operate directly at 40 MHz but the software prevents it from going to 50 MHz.

Possibly on 50.090 CW for DX.
