[COham] Tech Field Day 2017

On Saturday June 24th, the Tri-Lakes Monument Radio Association will be 
having our annual Tech Field Day. This is a combination of "technical 
training" and "field day", aimed at helping newer radio amateurs build 
their skills and knowledge. And its a whole bunch of fun.
