  wa2xrm will be on the air today, Sept. 8, 2106 using QRSS3 on 479.903 kHz.Getting ready for winter.
Yes,  sending QRSS '3'... That means a 'dot' is 3 seconds long and a dash is 9 seconds long.You can decode it on paper or use Argo if you install the software:http://digilander.libero.it/i2phd/argo/. it may sound like a computer birdie but if you count a 3 second or 9 second CW tone, that is it.

a QRSS3 message will be continuously sent.  
It will remain on all night,  till dawn 9  Sept. 2016.
