I will be sending QRSS3 tonight, 7 Dec. 2016, 2100z, on 479.903 kHz, all night.
Already got a report from K3SIW in IL.
Good conditions no QRN.
That is 3 second Dots and a 9 second Dashes.
If you copy a 3 or 9 second CW signal, that is me,
but ARGO is helpful in decoding the message.
You can get free ARGO software at <http://www.weaksignals.com/>.
You probably won't hear me on your 20 meter beam, Receiving LF/MF requires
a different antenna. See : <http://www.arrl.org/lf-low-frequency>.
For additional MF information see: <http://500kc.com/>.
WA2XRM is running < 1W erp to a 30 foot vertical with a top hat.
The ground is wet today, rain and snow in CO.
Checking out a new keying relay tonight.
