I will be sending QRSS3 tonight, 7 Dec. 2016, 2100z,  on 479.903 kHz, all night.
Already got a report from K3SIW in IL.
Good conditions no QRN.

 That is 3 second Dots and a 9 second Dashes.
 If you copy a 3 or 9 second CW signal, that is me,
 but ARGO is helpful in decoding the message.

  You probably won't hear me on your 20 meter beam, Receiving LF/MF requires

   WA2XRM is running < 1W erp to a 30 foot vertical with a top hat.
 The ground is wet today, rain and snow in CO.
