[COham] New Administrator

While thinking about this some more today, I realized that I would like to
see a very minor change to the reflector's behavior.
If we keep it, and therefore hopefully publicize it to gain more
subscribers, and therefore cause much more usage, I would like to see the
COham email address removed from the result of a simple REPLY, and only
include it with REPLY-ALL.
If we were to get anything approaching a majority of Colorado hams
subscribed, then we would have a lot more traffic. If someone sends an email
expecting / requesting responses, we shouldn't have the responses going to
everybody as the default, but simply if the responder selects REPLY-ALL.
True, the COham email address can be deleted, but most savvy email users
expect REPLY to be a simple reply to the sender. And those same users
realize that REPLY-ALL can be used to send to the entire list again (and
delete the original sender's email address, if they wish, to preclude a
duplicate).
My 2¢.

Hi, Bob,
I read it. I enjoy it. It keeps me up on what is happening in Colorado in
ham radio. I am not much of a poster, though. Despite my 2 area call, I
live in Colorado, so what happens here is important to me. I don't know
what is entailed in being an administrator, but, should you choose to take
on the task, thanks for doing it.

Gee, thanks for the support, Dennis. I think. :-)
I am willing to administer this list...if the list actually has value.
So good question about how many email addresses are subscribed?
You guys out there that are subscribed but don't post (which is fine),
do you get any value out of this list?
Please reply and let us know.
