[COham] Bounce problems

I just received notification that many of the QSL.NET lists have
been having problems with submissions bouncing. It turns out that
the users affected all are from Yahoo or Yahoo controlled addresses.

I was also informed that a fix IS in place, but they also recommend
that anyone with a Yahoo or Yahoo controlled address RESUBSCRIBE to
this list.

I checked our membership list and find five that are directly from
Yahoo, but since I do not know all addresses that may be affected, I
opted to tell everyone. If you get bounces when submitting to this
list, simply resubscribe.
