[COham] EchoLink Node QSY To 146.49

Hi everyone:

In order to find a frequency in which I can receive even the weakest
of stations with my preamp, yet WITHOUT the subaudible QRM (However
local or distant it may be), I've come to realization that remaining
on 147.465 simply wasn't going to be possible.  As such, I have
decided to move to 146.49 as that seems to be a more quiet frequency.

If I'm proven wrong there (And I sincerely hope I'm not), I'll keep
looking until I find one and keep everyone posted if and as warranted.

But again, the KB0OXD-L node IS NOT on 147.465 as it was yesterday,
but is instead on 146.49 today.  NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN CHANGED!!

While I know this doesn't affect the EchoLink group at large, I do
know there are a few locals who ARE members of that group, but are
likely NOT members of the COHAM reflector on QTH.NET

Anyhow....Just figured I'd pass along that FYI... :)
