[COham] Need LF Beacon Reports 1/24/07

 Hi CO guys,
We need some Daytime Colorado reception reports of the LF Beacons...tomorrow, 
1/24/07, at noon.

Please listen for the 'RW' Beacon, WA2XRM, is sending 'RW' in CW at 20 wpm on 
480 kHz for 1 hour starting at noon (1200 MST), 1/24/07, from Colorado 
Springs sending CW at 20 wpm.

Also listen for WD2XSH/12 from Nederland on  505.20 kHz also
sending from noon for one hour. 

   You might have to disconnect your tuner and hook on your biggest antenna 
to your receiver to hear the weak CW signals.
   You can optimize your antenna system by tuning in the airport beacon "CO" 
on  407 kHz.
   Lamp dimmers and computer power supplies can also cause a lot of noise 
that will mask out low frequency signals.
   The following stations have copied the RW beacon in the daytime: AC0DS, 
Craig, Longmont
W0EEA, Jim, Kiowa
K0HA, Bill, NE
AB0CW, Mark, Denver
WD0M, Joe, Pagosa Springs
K0KE/K0KHE, Parker
K0JKJ, Jim, Ft. Collins.
