[COham] Reflector activity

Pat,
My opinion, if anyone cares, is that it is better to have a rarely used
reflector that might come in handy in some future circumstance such as
staffing up a fire than to not have it at all.
It isn't exactly a resource hog when it isn't doing anything... and there
are a number of mailing lists/reflectors that get less than 15 messages
a year but are useful to distribute those messages.
Just my $0.02....
