Hi all,
This weekend is the ARRL June VHF QSO Party, starting Saturday 1800 UTC and
going to 0300 UTC Monday. I will be operating portable from a high spot off Mt
Herman Road in the Rampart Range.
Complete rules: http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2005/june-vhf.html
I'd really appreciate a contact or two on whatever bands you have (see below).
I am sure other hams in the contest would, too. It is just a good chance to get
on VHF and see who you can work. I'll keep a radio tuned to 147.42 MHz FM, so
even if you only have an HT, give me a call (and a few points)!
Frequency/Modes:
144.200 MHz USB
50.125 MHz USB
432.100 MHz USB
147.42 MHz FM
223.50 MHz FM
446.00 MHz FM
Since I will be attending the PPRAA Swapfest in the morning, I probably won't
be set up and on the air until 2:30 PM Saturday and I plan to be on the air the
rest of the weekend.
PPRAA Swapfest info is at:
