[COham] Participation

I just received the usage information for November on COham reflector. 
ZERO posts. October was almost that low.

I see no problem in maintaining a reflector if it is being used. The 
problem may come if I am asked why we maintain this reflector for 
virtually no usage.  What should I answer?

If this reflector is useful to you then let us, by all means, keep it 
active.
