[COham] New location for COS VE test session

Sorry for sending to multiple lists, but wanted to get maximum distribution
quickly.  Please pass the word to those interested in testing.

The PPRAA test sessions that have been held on the even-numbered months at
DeVry Institute are being moved to a new location:

The session will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church & School.  It is
located at 846 E. Pikes Peak Ave (at Institute) which is near our old
location.  Use the North side entrance to the lower level.

Other details about the session remain the same such as start time, etc.
