HI All! GREAT JOB to those who participated in the
net for the tornados today!! Great job to those who
have participated in the recovery and rescue
efforts!!!

Many requests came in for information on how we can
help after the majority of the event is over. I got
this from United Way/COAD/VOAD. Thought for those who
have an interest and no other way to assist, this
would be a point of contact.

Thanks again to all and a job well Done.

We had a total of 55 operators involved during the
day, with over 270 man hours recorded to this moment,
involved in this event! Super Job Folks! Thanks! D-10
Rocks! Only Because you care enough to be there and
being the best!

Thanks,

Randy, W0AVV

We have been hit by several Tornados today and the
entire Colorado 2-1-1 system has been stood up to
respond. Weld County 2-1-1 is the lead agency and
they a person placed inside of the EOC in Weld County
. Larimer County 2-1-1 is facilitating response and
has received more than 315 calls since 1:00 pm. On
average we have 75 calls per day. We have set up a
Volunteer Reception Center that will open to the
public at 10:00 am tomorrow for placement of
volunteers. The state EOC has been in constant
contact with us and we are using our software to track
all resources. At this time it looks like we will
stand down at 8:30 and roll phones to a cell phone.
The calls have drastically reduced. We will be back
in the office to resume full operations at 8:00 am.
