[CoARES-D10] ARES NCS training tonight

All,

We will continue to do some training tonight during the ARES D10 net....

Here are some examples to use when callled upon for practice.

Remember tactical in / Callsign out

Hospital examples:

Current hospital status is 5 ER beds available, ER status is Yellow.
Ambulance # 931 has arrived with 2 (two)  patients.
Need to transport 1 nurse to xxx location
Need to pickup one physician at ??? location and transport to hospital
We have lost power here at McKee. No estimate on when power will be 
restored.
Hospital is full. Current Amubulance(s) will need to divert to another 
hospital or location.
Hospital NCMC is in need of 2 4X4's to move employee's to and from home.
Hospital is currently under lock-down. Please send no more patients.
Hospital status is 1 ER bed available, ER status is RED.

These are just examples please modify as you come up with other ideas.
