[CoARES-D10] 145.115 is back up

Hi folks-

The 145.115 is now back up on the air with no known interference problems.
I'm still holding my breath, however and may turn blue. Hopefully with some
more on-the-air time we can all work together and characterize the
performance of our repeater with the new antenna and building locations.

Here's some of the details for those who may be interested:

1) George, AB0SF had to go up to the Horsetooth site on Sunday afternoon as
part of his work-- so he and I were able to figure out the stuck pager
carrier issue and run the 160.263 interference experiment. This took about
5 minutes
2) The stuck pager was pretty easy to resolve. As Bob Rule (owner of the
errant pager transmitter) had suggested; we found out that a button was
pushed in on the pager that was keeping the carrier always on as opposed to
on for maybe 30 seconds every six months.
3) George and later Willis (WA5VRL) confirmed that with the steady carrier
turned back off, no rebroadcast 145.115 signal could be heard on either the
GWR frequency of 160.263 MHz nor the Bob Rule pager.

I'll get in touch with Bob Rule of Rule Communications (owner of the
previously stuck pager) tomorrow and let him know what we found out. Bob
will need to decide whether or not the very low duty cycle of his pager
makes the risk of rebroadcasting an interfering signal on 160.263 MHz worth
the cost to him of adding output filtering.

Just as a reminder, back last month George added output filtering on the
145.115 repeater.

>From signal reports so far from Rob, KI0IO, and Marty, KC0QOK it appears
that there are some significant null spots and reduced signal strength to
the southeast of the repeater. I'd appreciate any relative comparisions of
the new location 145.115 signal/location compared to the old location.
