	Did anyone read the article in Wall Street Journal dated March 23, 2004? Or
did anyone see the rebuttal done by the editor from CQ Magazine dated March
25, 2004?  INteresting articles I have them in PDF format, but because of
the limitations of the reflector, can not send them in this arena. However
if anyone who did not see them who is interested, as it directly affects HF
opreations, and emergency communications, I would be happy to forward them
