[CoARES-D10] D-10 web page

I ran the usage statistics for the aresco-D10 web page and we have 1,710 
hits so far this year. Is there anything else we could add or change 
that would make it more useful?

That is *NOT* to imply that I think it needs more use! I just wanted to 
see if there is anything that would improve on what we have.
