[CoARES-D10] Picnic Rock Fire Image

WOW! That is a great picture, and it must have been taken on Thursday or 
early Friday as that's only about half the burn area. The picture shows 
the fire as far north as Seaman Reservoir, which is about the midpoint 
of the final burn area.
