[CoARES-D10] Reminder about the D-10 web page

Just a reminder about the D-10 web page. If you would like to have any 
information posted there, PLEASE send me an E-mail with the information 
you would like posted.

Several people have been very good about that but a few have expected me 
to pick up the information from the Wednesday night net. When I am not 
busy, that's easy. When I'm busy I get behind (like the pending updates 
to several URLs in the latter half of the page I have not gotten done 
yet).  Your E-mails allow me to track what I have yet to get done.
