Thanks to all hands who have participated to date! My apologies to any who
may not have been able to participate due to a lack of notification up to
this point. Regretfully my focus has been in participation and operation and
neglected to make the appropriate posting to advertise the event or how we
had begun staffing. I regret my not encouraging the establishment of a
formal resource net at appropriate hours of the day. Please forgive the
oversight and we will work on keeping needs and procedures more closely
addressed on the reflector as it is a part of our policy to make
notifications here as well as on the air of active events.

Staffing for ARES portion is currently taken care of thru close of business
Monday, April 5, 2004. It is unknown if the even will require our
participation beyond tomorrow, however, if it does, we will post to this to
the reflector tomorrow probably mid day or shortly after. Information
updates are put out on the 145.115 as changes occur. During our
participation in this event, we will attempt to make sure updates also are
posted once daily on the reflector.
