[CoARES-D10] Web page update

As announced tonight by Richard, K0RAW, there is an updated D-10 web 
page available. It is at http://www.w0ipl.com/aresco-d10/ for your review.

Most items have been transported over (minus some pictures). If you see 
any errors or if you have any suggestions for improvement, please let me 
know. I plan on doing one update per week (more for the first week or 
so) so that you can catch up on any announcements from any Wednesday net 
you were unable to catch. If this doesn't work out for you, please let 
me know. This means (hint hint) that if you are going to make an 
announcement about coming events, you need to remember to send me a copy 
by Sunday, if you want it posted on the web page for Wednesday.

One other idea I have is to include a (printable) monthly calendar of 
events. If you think this would be of real use, please let me know. This 
will take about an hour to an hour and one half per month, just to keep 
the calendars updated. If they will be of use, I'll be happy to do that.
