[CoARES-D10] APRS and the D-700

Just found out about another "gotcha" (if you don't do it) in using 
UI-View and the D-700. There is a "D-700 Commands" file in UI-View that 
you need to edit and set the default frequency you want to use.

UI comes with 144.800 as the default and you need to change the file in 
- three - places, to have it not go off onto a VERY quiet frequency.
