[CoARES-D10] APRS and Tiny-Track

I came across a web site with various PowerPoint presentations about 
APRS. It's at http://www.n5oom.org/2003_nt_aprs_workshop/schedule.htm 
and about half of them are real yawners. How-some-ever, the one on 
building the Tiny-Track seems to be quite useful. It's under "Hardware" 
and "11:20".

If you do not have PowerPoint, they also have a link to get a copy of a 
PPT reader (much like the PDF reader).
