This is a real emergency. Watch the BPL test on the ARRL web site
(ARRL.org). BPL is to the old Russian woodpecker as a nuclear bomb is to an
M-80. BPL destroys HF operations. You won't believe the noise it makes.

Take 5 minutes and file your opposition to Proceeding #  03-104
 www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/ <http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/> ) now. Take another 5
minutes and email your congressional delegation, too. August 20 is the
deadline. Do it now. Our frequencies depend on it.
