[CoARES-D10] Go-bags ready -- Homeland Security Status is Orange

Folks,

 

I hope this isn't a breach of protocol, but I was speaking with Jim
Higgens (CO Dept. of Public Safety) and he indicated that it would be
wise to alert everyone to keep their go-bags ready in the event that any
terrorism activity occurs locally in the next few days.  Also, he told
me that there has been significant "chatter" on radio frequencies
(abroad) that somewhat matches the level of activity just prior to
September 11th last year.  He asks that any citizen who hears anything
suspicious on the radio please report this to their office (303)
273-1680.
