Mike,
I've been using an OutBacker for years on the OutPost
stand designed for it, with good results inside. I am
now in a town house and it is in the back yard. I am
across the street from a lake and the antenna faces
the lake. I am using the Perth Plus and keep the radials
covered with leaves to hold the moisture in the ground
for greater conductivity.
