I have the 30-10m version.  It does amazing well
mounted vertically inside my wood frame apartment.  I
also have an indoor doublet.  Sometimes one is better
than the other, usually they are about the same.  The
sharp null is extremely helpful when a neighbor has a
bad dimmer or noisy appliance.  The sharp tuning helps
with noise as well.  It is very touchy about it's
surrounding; sometimes moving it 6 inches can change
the swr a lot, so you have to play with it to get it
to tune correctly.  I never run more than 20 watts as
any more than that and I get rfi into everything.  If
you can get it in an attic, you will do better than
me.  I bought mine used and think it was worth the
expense.
