[Cliffdwellers] Help on HF antenna for apartment

Having lived on the 9th floor of a high-rise at one
time, I would say that any indoor antenna probably
won't due well due to all the concrete surrounding it.
He is probably best off sneaking a wire outside and
loading it against a counterpoise.
