In general if you want an antenna you will work out something.  They
aren't very hard to build.  In 1976 I lived in California.  I wanted to
get on the HF bands.  The apartment I lived in was owned by a ham.  His
wife would not let me have an antenna!  TVI oe some such thing!  I built
a helically wound dipole for 40 meters.  I used it on 40 and on 15, with
a TS520 and various QRP rigs.  I had very good success.

For vacations I would come here to the Washington, DC area.  I wanted to
operate from my mother's condo.  I devised a stealth antenna that used
#26 magnet wire.  It would stay up only about 3 weeks because of winds
an such, but then I was only on vacation!  I made it more permanent when
I moved back here in 1995.  It worked DXCC and all states.  Not too bad
for a predominately QRP installatiun!

If you really want an antenna you will find a way!
