It looks like a slinky would require time in compressing/expanding the =

turns, then checking SWR, then tweaking some more.
A diehard who "wanted" a coiled or helical thingie could probably find =
a way
to pre-wind for the different bands, and maybe use PVC or other plastic
pipe or tubing sections to knock down the antenna for transit....
Coil-loaded and helicals are OK, but very narrowbanded.

For stealth and temporary ops, I prefer a thin wire (gray or brown) and
an automatic wire antenna tuner.  If there are budget constraints, then =
a
manual tuner will do.  The wire is truly stealth.
