[Central-Electronics] 100V crud next to carrier

My 100V has a bunch of crud right next to the carrier, noticeable in LSB and maybe USB but it was LSB I was using. At present, both the limiter and audio filter are out with just jumper plugs filling the holes.

Do you suppose the filter module might cut that stuff out? I’d have to resurrect it.

Incidentally, not too long ago (this century) I rebuilt the audio phase shift network. I had access to a recently calibrated lab-grade LCR meter, so I tackled it. If I recall correctly ,every cap and resistor was replaced, bridged to the tight spec. Those caps and resistors are new, unlikely to be the source of the crud. But there are plenty of other suspects.
