[Central-Electronics] HV after solid stating 10B power supply

Guys; I'm new to this mailing list but will have a thousand questions since
I'm now the proud owner of a pile of CE10B's.
One of the units has had the power supply solid stated and I'm reading
around 450V on B+ which is considerably higher than anything I have read
from the experience of others. Another item is that the 12AT7 mic input
preamplifier and amplifier has about 130V on the plate of the first stage
and around 430V on the plate of the second stage.
Using a scope I'm unable to see any mic audio beyond pin #2 and nothing at
pin#1 and #6.
I can get a reasonable carrier (10W) output and can also null the carrier
to zero but still no audio.
Probably too much info to start with but does anyone have any ideas on
these items?
Thanks for reading.
