[Central-Electronics] 20A modulation transformer open primary

Hi all. I am restoring my CE-20A Exciter that I was using 58 years ago.

The primaries on both modulation transformers TR-2 and TR-3 appear to be
open.

They have part number 27A0-79-3. Can anyone advise on possible replacements
for these transformers? I have read postings by Jim, WD5JKO and others on
amfone.net from 2011, that are very helpful. But was wondering if there've
been any updates on this topic on the CE reflector, since that time.

If you can point me to an archive date I can download the archive.

Many thanks for this and any other advice on restoring a 20A.
