No, but in case it might help others:  I fought the relay on the latest 
600L I restored, after replacing  or verifying all components in the 
circuit were good, but that was  failure to latch on HV application.  
The solution was to adjust the relay contacts til it reliably 
sealed-in;  haven't had trouble with nuisance high SWR trips.

I also had problems with the overcurrent protection relay on my other 
600L, which would intermittently trip.   Finally I noticed that the 
spring that applies tension to the solenoid was stretched all out of 
shape - a new spring easily fixed that problem.
