Ron,
Welcome to this group! I think your best bet would be to get another 20a instead of trying to obtain all the pieces one at a time. Some of the harder parts to source would be the three audio transformers, and the PS1 phase shifter module. Contact me off list as I do have an unrestored 20A surplus to my needs. It is in an attic, and has not seen the light of day for quite a while.

Subject: [Central-Electronics] 20A - winter project
I passed on some photos of what I have of a 20A to bob W9RAN and he
has given me some very helpful information including the website for
KG7TR's Cheap'N Easy SSB II. As mentioned before, anything to do with
phone modes has been either not installed, or removed at some point.
Much of the rest is there. The faceplate looks OK, except for the
holes for the mic, modulation switch, modulation controls, etc., and
could be put back together. The relay coil tests OK, a bit of DeOxit
was applied to the contacts, all the wiring to the relay and the rear
plate terminal strip have been removed.
Photos, reduced scale for e-mailing, are available.
I'm looking for parts, and/or parts suppliers, so that I could pick
away at this over winter and return it to service with all the features
it had originally. With respect to restoration to original, I don't
know if that is practical or possible, putting it on the air should be.
Thanks,
Ron, Yellowknife, NT, VE8RT
