[Central-Electronics] New 20A owner, and looking forward to my winter project

To all,

Hello.  A couple of weeks ago, a Central Electronics 20A with a rackmount
front panel followed me home.  A friend and I had a deal on an 813 amp, and
he threw in the 20A as well as another rack.  The amp was going to be my
main winter project, although my primary interest was in making sure that
the homebrew work did not get parted out.  I knew nothing about the 20A
when it was in the back of the car except that it looked to be in decent,
if somewhat dirty shape.  After glancing through the manual, though, the
20A looked to be more of the centerpiece to the deal, and I'm only more
stoked with each rereading of the manual.

Recapping should start soon, and I have a few variacs handy.
