[Central-Electronics] Unusual transceiver on eBay

Someone posted this on the Collins list and I sure have never seen or 
heard of one before:

The seller obviously doesn't know what it is, nor do any of the Collins 
guys thus far.   Some resemblance to Eldico, who built the S-line clone 
but looking at the construction style, it reminds me more of Central 
Electronics (100V) than anything else.     If CE ever built a SSB 
transceiver, this is what I'd guess it would look like, but I'm sure 
they would have put the CE name on it.
