I received the Correct CRT tube today.
I installed it in great anticipation, but when I turned the radio on and
it warmed up, The Vertical Line is still there :-(
I noticed that V21 is an 8mc Amp, So should I be seeing a 8Mc signal on
Pin 9 of that tube?
I notice the Focus control works, the Intensity works but the width
doesn't seem to do much .
I am baffled !

If SSB mode, have you nulled the carrier, as you adjust the null controls you should see the vertical trace reduce in size until it becomes a pinprick in the center of the scope.

I use the 200V far more than my KWS-1, especially since I added the 160m mod to the 200V. That's where the KWS-1 really falls down, no 160m although the 75A-4 has 160m. What was Collins thinking?
