[Central-Electronics] CE-100V Power Limiter light

Hi Group,
     As I am going through and doing the alignment on my CE-100V, I have 
noticed that the Limiter light comes on shortly after I turn the rig on. 
( Even in Standby)
Turning the Limiter Pot control fully counter Clockwise will dim the 
light, but not make it go out.
I have replaced the 6U8 Tube as well as both the 6mf 50V Caps. I also 
removed the batteries and installed the Zeners as per the Mod sheet.
Any ideas how to get this light to stay out? Obviously something is 
wrong or it would not be coming on.
