Hi again Bob,
    Do you happen to have the next to the last Wafer for the band 
switch? The Ceramic one ? There are two, but the last one ( the output) 
is fine.
This is the one that takes the RF from the finals and selects which 
Broad band coupler to send it to.
Mine has a carbon arc that goes over to the center shaft and when I turn 
the power up past 75 Watts, it arcs over on 80 and 40 meters.
I tried scraping it to remove the Arc, but no luck! I am so close now...
