[Central-Electronics] Info on Stan Hails W9ZGV?

Hello list:
 
Perhaps the list can help on a question I have as I continue to work on the 
 restoration and documentation of my 200V.  
 
Affixed to the back of the 200V was a Dymo label stating, "Modified by Stan 
 W9ZGV 1980 Central Electronics."
 
Anyone on the list know who Stan was (I believe his was the father of Stan  
Hails, Jr, W9WBL, ala WBL keyer fame), his association if any with Central  
Electronics and what mods he may have done to my 200V?  So much work has  
been done over the past 50 years on my 200V that tracing "original" vs 
"previous  owner" solder connections, etc. hasn't proved useful so far.
 
Any info would be appreciated.
