[Central-Electronics] CE-100V Xtal Oscillator

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of restoring my (long neglected) CE 100V.   Noticed that was no oscillator output (as measured at the 1st Mixer test point ) while in the 10 Meter position.  The oscillator output looks OK in the other band positions.   Wondering if others have run into this problem?
