Jon,
I'm glad you are burning up this reflector while working on CE gear. My garage is the ham shack, and today was the 90th day this summer (supposed to be fall) with 100 degrees + in Central Texas. The shack is too HOT!!!
I assume you followed the following link to the 20B phase shifter:

That is fascinating stuff. Any chance you can post the graphs, and maybe a picture?
I look forward to winter when fall might come. :-)

Subject: [Central-Electronics] Wanted: PS-2
Anyone have a 100V parts unit?
Today I put the PS-2 from my 100V in the 20A along with a few circuit changes and sure enough the suppression was about 10 db better, better that is after a whole lot of tweaking. If anyone is interested send me a note and I'll send you spectrum graphs.
I want to do it permanently but my 100V wants its PS-2 back. Rebuilding a junker PS-2 would be easier than just building one from scratch. The PS-2 was designed for the 20A or actually the 20B so I figured this is an appropriate modification. And yes, I do have a super high precision LCR meter, a Stanford Research SR720. I wouldn't attempt this without one.
Jon
